Mailchimp Export Destination Finder

Pick a destination below and the finder shows the documented method at guide level, with a link to the full guide. It does not invent steps. Where a destination needs the full guide, it says so and links to it.

Choose a destination to see the documented method and the guide for it.

How to read the result

The result names the method at guide level only. It does not list click steps, because the steps live in the linked guide, where they can be checked against the official source. If the result says see the guide, open the guide before starting. For destinations with more than one guide on this site, the result links to the guide that matches the destination named, and the body text below names the related guides.

Power BI uses the Mailchimp API route described in the new Power BI guide, because no current supported connector was documented in the official pages opened. PostgreSQL, JSON, Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau link to the existing destination guides on this site. CSV links to the audience to CSV guide, because that guide covers an audience export to CSV; campaign report data is a different export, covered by the campaign report guides. Account backup links to the new backup guide, which follows the official account export. Campaign report links to the new sharing guide, with the existing campaign report export guide as the companion for exporting the report file itself.

For Intercom exports, including Intercom data to PostgreSQL and Intercom contacts and conversations to CSV, see the Intercom export methods directory. For every Mailchimp destination, see the Mailchimp exports by destination directory.
