Mailchimp Export Directory

Mailchimp Export Methods by Destination

Mailchimp's native exports are CSV spreadsheets — everything else in this directory is a conversion, an import, an API call, or a paid connector. The table below says which is which, so you never pay for a 'native sync' that does not exist.

How to use this directory

Find your destination, check whether its method is native, an import, a conversion, an API call, or a paid connector before you commit to anything, then open the full guide for the click path. The rule that runs through the whole directory: if a vendor promises a native Mailchimp sync for Sheets, Tableau, Postgres, or JSON files, ask which honest mechanism it actually is — a CSV import, a conversion, an API call, a paid connector, or a first-party connector — because Mailchimp itself only ships the CSV.

What this directory does not cover

Audience export (contacts) now has its own guides in the table above: the audience CSV export, the Excel and Sheets imports, the segment and tag export, and the Spanish-language campaign-report guide. Full account backup remains a separate Mailchimp process with its own guide: Export Your Mailchimp List: The No-Loss Migration Checklist. This directory covers campaign and workflow reports, audience exports, and the data-export destinations for them.
