What's included

The full repair cycle for up to 5 automations in one account:

• Diagnosis. We read the error logs and trace the failure: broken steps, expired OAuth tokens, renamed fields in a connected app, webhook URLs that stopped responding, plan limits you hit silently. You get the cause named in plain English.
• Repair. We fix what's broken: reconnect auth, remap fields, rebuild broken steps, update webhooks, adjust for API changes. Then we run it against live data and watch it succeed end to end.
• Failure alert. A monitor on every repaired automation. If one errors or stops, you get an email within the hour — not a discovery three weeks later in a spreadsheet that hasn't updated.
• The repair report. What was broken, what we changed, and what to watch for — written so anyone on your team can understand it.

How it works

1. You request. Which platform (Zapier, Make, n8n), what the automation is supposed to do, and what's failing. Takes two minutes.
2. We diagnose and repair. Temporary access, we read the logs, fix the broken pieces, and run live test passes.
3. It's watched. The failure alert goes live, you get the report, and your automations are back to work within 72 hours.

No calls. You revoke the access when we're done.

What we need from you

• Temporary access to your Zapier, Make, or n8n account (we'll tell you exactly what to share — usually a collaborator invite or API key).
• Access to the connected apps involved, or a contact who can click "approve" when we need to re-authenticate.
• A short description of what the automation is supposed to do, so we can verify the output is right — not just that it runs.

What we don't do

• No building from scratch on this tier — this is repair of existing automations. New builds are scoped separately as custom work.
• No fixing the connected apps themselves. If your CRM deleted the API endpoint, we diagnose it and tell you — we don't rebuild their product.
• More than 5 automations in one go: we quote the remainder plainly before starting.
• No ongoing monitoring contracts — the failure alert is installed and yours; maintaining it is a conversation for after.

Frequently asked questions

How many automations does the $299 cover? Up to 5 connected automations (Zaps, Make scenarios, or n8n workflows) in one account. If you have more, tell us upfront — we quote the remainder plainly before starting.

What if the automation can't be fixed? We say so after diagnosis and don't charge the full repair fee. Common unfixable causes: the connected app changed or removed its API, or the account plan no longer supports the step. You get the diagnosis either way.

What is the failure alert? A monitor we set up alongside the repair: if any of your fixed automations errors or stops, you get an email within the hour instead of discovering it weeks later. Included in the $299.

Do you need access to my accounts? Yes — temporary access to Zapier, Make, or n8n (we'll tell you exactly what to share), plus access to the connected apps we need to test the data flow. You revoke it all when we're done.

Can you build me a brand-new automation instead? Not on this tier — this is repair of existing automations. If you want something built from scratch, submit a request and say so; we scope it separately as custom work.
