What's included — the checklist

Every GHL Setup finishes these items. You receive the same checklist back with each one marked done:

• Sub-account confirmed. If you only have the agency account, we create the sub-account properly first.
• Sales pipeline. Your stages, named and ordered the way you actually sell — not the default template.
• Booking calendar. Availability, buffers, and a working booking link you can put on your site.
• Three core automations: new-lead follow-up sequence, appointment confirmation + reminders, and missed-call text-back.
• Domain and email. Domain connected, sending configured, SPF/DKIM records documented for you.
• End-to-end test. We run a test lead through the whole flow — books, gets reminded, lands in the right pipeline stage — and show you the proof.

How it works

1. You request. Your GHL account situation, what you sell, and what's unfinished. Takes two minutes.
2. We build. You invite our user to the sub-account. We build the pipeline, calendar, automations, and domain/email config over 72 hours.
3. It's proven. We run a test lead end to end, send you the finished checklist, and you remove our access.

No calls. Your copy dropped in where you have it; placeholder text where you don't.

What we need from you

• An active GoHighLevel account with a sub-account (or agency access so we can create one).
• A user invite to the sub-account — sent from your account settings. We never need your password.
• Your pipeline stages and calendar availability (a short form — we send it after your request).
• Your existing copy for the follow-up messages, if you have it.

What we don't do

• No copywriting. We build the structure with your copy dropped in; without copy we use clearly-marked placeholder text.
• No ad management. We set up the machine; you or your media buyer drive traffic to it.
• No advanced custom builds on this tier: complex multi-branch workflows, full funnel page builds, and third-party integrations are scoped separately.
• No ongoing management. The setup is yours; maintaining it is a conversation for after.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly is finished in the 72 hours? Your sales pipeline with stages, one calendar with booking link, three core automations (new-lead follow-up, appointment reminders, missed-call text-back), and your domain plus email sending configured. You get a checklist showing each item done.

Do I need an agency or a sub-account already? You need an active GoHighLevel account with a sub-account we can access. If you only have the agency-level account and haven't created the sub-account yet, we do that too — it's part of the setup.

Will my funnels and emails be written for me? No — copywriting is not included. We build the structure (pages, pipelines, automation steps) with your existing copy dropped in. If you don't have copy yet, we use sensible placeholder text you replace.

What access do you need? A user invite to your GoHighLevel sub-account. You send the invite from your account settings — we never need your login password. Remove our user when we're done.

What if I need more than the core setup? The $299 covers the standard checklist. If you want advanced work — complex multi-branch workflows, full funnel builds, integrations with other tools — submit a request and say so; we scope it separately.
